HTTP 429: Throttled. Retry the request: wait for Retry-After when the response has one. Errors never cost API credits. The workspace requested the sub-lists (products or reviews) of many different shops or products in a short time, which looks like copying the catalog. It is held to a low request rate for an hour; Retry-After says when to try again. What to do: Wait for Retry-After, then retry at a lower rate.
