HTTP 429: Daily API credit ceiling reached. Retry the request: wait for Retry-After when the response has one. Errors never cost API credits. Basic, Growth and Professional workspaces can spend a quarter of their monthly API credits in one UTC day. Free has no daily ceiling. The body adds resets_at, the next UTC midnight. What to do: Retry after the next UTC midnight.
