# workspace_locked

> Workspace locked. HTTP 403, not retryable.

**HTTP 403: Workspace locked.** Retrying the same request gives the same error. Errors never cost API credits.

An API key tried to switch workspace. A key stays in the workspace it was created in; create a key in the other workspace instead.

**What to do:** API keys are bound to one workspace; create a key in the other workspace.
