# upstream_unavailable

> Upstream unavailable. HTTP 502, retryable.

**HTTP 502: Upstream unavailable.** Retry the request: wait for `Retry-After` when the response has one. Errors never cost API credits.

A service Alura depends on did not answer. Retry shortly.
