# throttled

> Throttled. HTTP 429, retryable.

**HTTP 429: Throttled.** Retry the request: wait for `Retry-After` when the response has one. Errors never cost API credits.

The workspace requested the sub-lists (products or reviews) of many different shops or products in a short time, which looks like copying the catalog. It is held to a low request rate for an hour; `Retry-After` says when to try again.

**What to do:** Wait for Retry-After, then retry at a lower rate.
