# shop_opted_out

> Shop opted out. HTTP 404, not retryable.

**HTTP 404: Shop opted out.** Retrying the same request gives the same error. Errors never cost API credits.

The shop asked Alura not to track it. Its data and its products are not available through Alura, in any endpoint.
