# impersonation_refused

> Not while viewing as a user. HTTP 403, not retryable.

**HTTP 403: Not while viewing as a user.** Retrying the same request gives the same error. Errors never cost API credits.

Key management in platform.alura.io only: Alura support cannot create or rotate keys while viewing a workspace as you.

**What to do:** Keys cannot be created or rotated during an impersonation session; the user must do it.
