# credits_reserved

> API credits held by calls in flight. HTTP 429, retryable.

**HTTP 429: API credits held by calls in flight.** Retry the request: wait for `Retry-After` when the response has one. Errors never cost API credits.

Calls still running hold the API credits this call needs. Retry after `Retry-After` seconds; this happens when many calls run in parallel near the end of the allowance.

**What to do:** Retry in a few seconds.
